Physician Photos to Appear in Epic and MyChart

What You Need To Know

Physician photos will now appear in Epic and MyChart beginning Monday, June 26.
Your photo will be sourced from Hackensack Meridian Health’s Find a Doctor database to provide an easy visual indicator for both providers referring to you and for your patients. Photos will be updated quarterly (following Epic software updates).
In order to update your photo in Find a Doctor, you should contact the Medical Group marketing team at HMHMG@hmhn.org. Headshot photo sessions for the remainder of the year can be found here.
