New IT SelfService Portal Now Available

What you need to know

You can now submit non-urgent IT issues via the Customer Self-Service Portal at https://servicedesk.hmhn.org. This service is available for Epic and non-Epic IT issues.

Urgent Requests

For urgent requests, please call 848-237-3333. If you are within the HMH network, you can simply dial ext. 3333. You can also continue to send emails to ITServiceDesk@hackensackmeridian.org for other non-urgent matters.
