DTS Action Alert Dragon Medical One DMO 4Hour Downtime and Update July 25

What You Need To Know

Dragon One Medical (DMO) will be updated on Tuesday, July 25 from 12:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m.
During the downtime, physicians will be unable to dictate in Epic using Dragon Medical One (DMO).

PCs with PowerMic II microphones, PowerMic III microphones and Windows 10 will receive new drivers. These approved physical mics will continue to work.
PCs with physical microphones and running Windows 7 will need to use PowerMic Mobile going forward.
- These users should download PowerMic Mobile before July 25. DTS continues to upgrade Windows 7 devices to Windows 10 or Chrome devices, but using PowerMic Mobile will prevent dictation interruptions.
