: An 'Urgent' order priority is now available for echocardiograms in Epic. Ordering providers and staff placing orders on behalf of the ordering provider for inpatient echo studies will see the ‘Urgent’ selection next to the 'Routine' and 'STAT' order priorities. Please see the
STAT policy to understand the difference between STAT and Urgent Echo orders. WHEN
