Resolving Tap-and-Go Sync Issues After Password Change
What You Need To Know
WHAT: Users who use ChromeOS shared Tap-and-Go devices may experience sync issues to their Citrix icons after a password change.
DETAILS: If this occurs, please follow these steps:
- Reboot the device.
- Manually log in with username and password (do not use tap badge).
- You will only need to manually log in once, and can resume using the badge to log in thereafter.
