This is why HMHP created our 2022 Adult and Pediatric Quality Measures Guides. These guides are intended to be a reference for HMH Board Approved HEDIS measures and relevant clinical measures in Medicare plans for the ambulatory providers in HMHP, HMH's Clinically Integrated Network.
