Paul C Yodice MD Named Chair of Internal Medicine Central Region

Hackensack Meridian Health has named Paul C. Yodice, M.D., FCCP, FCCM as Chair of Internal Medicine for the Central Region. In his new role, Dr. Yodice will ensure all members of the HMH Central Region Internal Medicine team provide the highest standard of care.

Dr. Yodice has extensive experience when it comes to maintaining the well-being of patients. Throughout his career, he's received several awards including the Humanitarian Award for Leadership from the State and General Assembly, and the Humanitarian Award for Leadership from the Essex County Board of Commissioners. He's also been named Top Critical Care Physician by New Jersey Monthly and Top Intesivist by New Jersey Magazine.

About Dr. Yodice

Prior to working for HMH, Dr. Yodice worked for the Saint Barnabas Medical Center as Director of Clinical Excellence and Effectiveness and the Department of Medicine Chairman. He was responsible for executing strategies across all RWJBarnabas locations to drive clinical excellence and effectiveness.

Over the years, Dr. Yodice has gained extensive teaching experience as well. Currently, Dr. Yodice is a professor of medicine at Rutgers University Medical School, and a professor of medicine and surgery at Saint George's School of Medicine-Grenada. Dr. Yodice is also a teaching attending at The Miriam Hospital and Saint Barnabas Medical Center. He's a fellow of the American College of Critical Care Medicine and American College of Chest Physicians and a member of the American College of Physician and Society of Critical Care Medicine.
