Hackensack Meridian Health is Named the Nations Top Hospital for Diversity and Inclusion

• Hackensack Meridian Health ranks No. 1 in the nation on the 2023 DiversityInc Top Hospitals and Health Systems list, which recognizes initiatives to promote diverse, equitable and inclusive culture.
• The DiversityInc survey is based on an assessment of data across six key areas: Leadership Accountability, Human Capital Diversity Metrics, Talent Programs, Workplace Practices, Supplier Diversity and Philanthropy.  

Released May 2, the list is based on survey responses from U.S. employers with at least 750 employees in the U.S. Companies are examined within the context of their own industries. Since 2001, the survey has been the most comprehensive, empirically data-driven D&I analysis based on organization-submitted information from some of the largest U.S. employers.
