Health is pleased to announce a new partnership with One Medical, a national virtual and in-office primary care organization that will help us expand access to care and provide seamless connections between primary and specialty care, a major strategic goal for the network. This partnership will result in the opening of 20 primary care locations with up to 120 physicians in strategic locations over the next ten years throughout the network. Locations will be determined in collaboration with One Medical based on the greatest patient need. The first location is expected to open at the end of 2024. By partnering with One Medical, HMH can expand the ambulatory care environment and mutually decide on locations that will not overlap with HMH's existing primary care locations and the medical group leadership will coordinate efforts with One Medical. The partnership will benefit individuals through One Medical’s membership model. So far, more than 8,500 employers have participated in One Medical’s services throughout the US. Patients can receive in-person care as well as on-demand 24/7 access to telehealth. Consumer memberships are $199 per year. HMH looks forward to continuing to innovate care delivery for our patients.
